Orders & Delivery Policy
- A minimum deposit of 50% is paid at the time an order is placed.
- Goods not paid in full will remain the property of Subiaco Restoration. Full payment is required prior to delivery.
- Claims will not be accepted unless reported within 7 days of receipt for damaged or missing goods.
- Subiaco Restoration will not accept any liability for any damaged products once they are installed.
- A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all returned stocked items. (Excluding standard flue).
- Goods will not be accepted for return or exchange unless in original packaging and condition and we reserve the right not to refund because you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
- Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of invoice date.
- Special order items and custom made products are non refundable.
- If an arranged delivery does not occur due to customer circumstances, Subiaco Restoration reserves the right to charge for re-delivery.
- Subiaco Restoration will only store products for up to 60 days. Delivery will be arranged at customer expense once the time has lapsed.

Please do not give us other personal or sensitive information.
